1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Driving Test Go ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

Driving Test Go provides access to driving test route information, test centre locations, and learning materials to help users prepare for their UK driving test. The Application is intended as a supplementary learning tool and should be used alongside professional driving instruction.

3. Disclaimer

Important: The routes and information provided in this Application are for practice and familiarisation purposes only. Please note:

Routes may change at any time at the discretion of DVSA examiners
We do not guarantee that your actual driving test will follow any specific route shown in the Application
The Application does not replace professional driving lessons or instruction
Always follow the Highway Code and drive safely when practising routes
Use the Application only when it is safe to do so, never while driving

4. User Responsibilities

When using the Application, you agree to:

Use the Application only for lawful purposes
Not use the Application while driving or operating a vehicle
Always be accompanied by a qualified driver when practising routes
Hold a valid provisional driving licence when practising
Ensure the vehicle you practice in meets all legal requirements
Not reproduce, distribute, or modify the Application content without permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the Application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Driving Test Go and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Application without our prior written consent.

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Application may require a subscription or one-time purchase. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and their respective terms and conditions apply. Refund requests should be directed to the relevant app store.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Driving Test Go shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application. We do not guarantee that using this Application will result in passing your driving test.

8. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to keep all route and test centre information accurate and up-to-date, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all information. Road conditions, test centre details, and routes may change without notice.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
